Sometimes IRS can not confirmed that the employer has paid the State Unemployment tax and assess the FULL 6.2% to the tax account

If employers ever get the IRS letter, employers need to contact the State’s Unemployment office and get “Recertification/Proof of Credit” letter for that particular year.
